Welcome to Open Power's Export Energy platform. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, located at open-power.co.uk (the "Service"), operated by Hexapower Limited (trading as Open Power).

2. Description of Service

The Service provides information about export tariffs available for solar panel systems in the UK and allows users to submit information to obtain quotes for export tariffs. It also provides information for solar installers and offers an Installer Acceleration Program.

3. Eligibility

To use the Service, you must be at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into agreements, and be a resident of the United Kingdom. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements.

4. Communications

By providing your email address and phone number, you consent to receive communications from us related to the Service, including quotes from energy suppliers if requested. You can opt out of such communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in our emails or contacting us directly.

5. Installer Acceleration Program

If you apply to our Installer Acceleration Program, these Terms also apply to your participation in the program. Additional terms may be provided upon acceptance into the program.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Hexapower Limited (trading as Open Power) and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United Kingdom and foreign countries.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Hexapower Limited (trading as Open Power).

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Hexapower Limited (trading as Open Power).
